Service Description

This will include one "get to know you" session where we will discuss and explore your WHY for wanting to join the fire service. You will be provided with concepts and ideas to consider and reflect upon before we meet again. This will be followed by two separate mock interviews where you will be interviewed, evaluated and provided with feedback and actionable steps to fine-tune your interviewing skills. In addition, with this package you will receive detailed and job-specific suggestions to optimize your resume and cover letter. Total Interview Package PLUS provides you with additional support after being hired. It includes SIX check-ins as you navigate academy and probationary life, which may be used at anytime during your 1st year after your official start date.
